Khiao Turmeric (Curcuma longa), also known as turmeric, is used in both traditional Thai medicine (TTM) and Ayurveda. We provide you with gently ground roots.
There is the following dosage formula for daily use for your intestines:
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey or use the increasingly popular paste.

Ingredients
1 cup turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
½ teaspoon cardamom, crushed or ground
500 ml filtered water or spring water
preparation
Mix the water and turmeric powder in a pot and leave to thicken for about 5 - 10 minutes over a low heat, stirring constantly. Add a little water if the consistency becomes too thick; the paste should be nice and creamy, but not solid. Take the pot off the stove and stir in the coconut oil and the remaining spices. The coconut oil does not have to be liquid; the remaining heat is enough to melt it. As soon as the paste has cooled completely, pour it into a jar and store in the fridge. The paste will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for two to three weeks. Have fun trying it out!

Zufrieden bin ich wirklich mit dem Gewürz und die Gewürzdose ist auch sehr hübsch. Allerdings muss man wirklich vorsichtig sein, mit der Farbe, die Kurkuma von sich gibt. Ja, ich weiss, ist ein Qualitätsmerkmal, ich bin aber schon ganz schön eingefärbt manchmal.

Ich kaue seit Ewigkeiten Kürbiskerne, mache Beckenbodengymnastik und versuch mein Bestes gegen den starken Harndrang, den ich seit Urzeiten habe. Nichts hilft oder nur kläglich wenig. Eine Bekannte hat mir euer Kurkuma Pulver empfohlen. Eine meßbare Besserung hat sich schon nach kurzer Einnahme von diesen Kurkuma eingestellt. Ich kenne Kurkuma aus der indischen Küche und weiß von den vielen positiven Eigenschaften reiner Gewürze. Ich habe schon immer gemerkt, daß ich mich nach dem Verzehr kurkumahaltiger Mahlzeiten wohler fühle und es meinem Darm damit gut ging aber in meiner Familie bin ich die Einzige, die die indische Küche liebt. Umso besser jetzt auf dieses Kurkumapulver zurückgreifen zu können, deren Wirkung mich absolut überzeugt.
