... wie schon andere schrieben, es ist wie ein Wunder. Habe einige herkömmliche Mittel, Salben genutzt - diese lindern maximal. Das Spray allerdings hilft, habe danach keine Schmerzen.
Liebe Leute, ich habe das Spray gegen Muskelkater eingesetzt und es hat geholfen. Das kann ich beurteilen, da ich mit meinem Personaltrainer nach einer ganz langen Pause wieder trainieren war. In der Regel hätte mich der Muskelkater mächtig überkommen, aber es ist nur ein leichtes Ziehen da.
Gut für die Muskeln nach dem Krafttraining. Entspannt und wärmt aber der Geruch könnte männlicher sein!
